48 Days Missing: Where Is Deborah Bree Arthurs?  

It has been forty-eight days since twenty-eight-year-old Deborah Bree Arthurs was last seen. A call center employee and mother of one, Arthurs travelled to Belize City on March twenty-seventh to drop her son off at the water taxi terminal before she was expected to return home to Belmopan. She never made it back. Her family says police have shared no new information, and the trail has gone cold. As her name joins a growing list of missing persons still unaccounted for in this country, the question must be asked: how many more Belizean families must wait this long for answers?
