72-Year-Old Woman Found Dead in Burrell Boom

Police are investigating the mysterious death of seventy-two-year-old Linda Morgan from the Fresh Pond community in Burrell Boom Village. Early yesterday morning, around three a.m., officers were called to her home. When they arrived, they were led to the bathroom, where they found Mrs. Morgan unresponsive, with cut wounds to her leg. The Forensics Unit processed the scene, and investigators have collected several pieces of evidence. They’re also speaking with people who might help shed light on what happened. For now, Mrs. Morgan’s body awaits a postmortem examination as police continue their probe into this troubling case.

“Police are investigating the death of seventy-two-year-old Linda Morgan of Fresh Pond Community located in Burrell Boom Village. On October twenty-third, at approximately three o’clock a.m., police were called to the residence of Mrs. Morgan and upon their arrival, they were escorted to the bathroom in that residence where they observed the unresponsive body of Mrs. Morgan which exhibited cut wounds to the leg. Forensics Unit personnel were summoned for the processing of the scene and police have secured several pieces of exhibits and are in the process of recording statements from persons who they believe can assist with this ongoing death investigation. The body of Mrs. Morgan now awaits a postmortem examination.”
