A family preparing to bury twenty-three-year-old Kareem Garcia is now accusing police of disturbing their final preparations. Garcia was shot dead Monday while working at a road construction site in Cotton Tree Village. Investigators say two men on a motorcycle opened fire before escaping. Police have not established a motive, but they are exploring whether the killing is connected to a recent double homicide in Santa Elena.
