Water Taxi Company Takes Town Council to Court

The High Court agrees there’s something worth looking into and has granted Caribbean Sprinter permission to take the matter to judicial review. The court will now decide whether the San Pedro Town Council and the Trade Licensing Board acted within their legal powers, or if they overstepped.
