Alleged Sexual Assault of 5-Year Old Girl

There’s a deeply disturbing report out of Orange Walk, where police are investigating an alleged case of sexual assault involving a young child. The incident was reported on Wednesday afternoon, around four o’clock, when a woman and her twenty-five-year-old daughter walked into the Orange Walk Police Station. They told officers that a fifteen-year-old boy had allegedly touched a five-year-old girl inappropriately while at home. A medical exam was quickly carried out, and while doctors confirmed the child was not carnally known, the investigation is ongoing.
