Shyne Signals Possible Exit, Promises Better Belize

It could be his last State of the Nation address as UDP Leader, but Shyne Barrow isn’t bowing out quietly. In his speech, Barrow pledged to work with his successor, and with Belizeans, to hold the current government accountable and push for a new UDP administration that, in his words, will deliver on its promises for a better Belize.
