When the protectors become predators, who do we trust? In Belize, shocking allegations are shaking the very core of public trust. Videos circulating online show what appears to be the brazen abduction of Joseph Budna, right outside a police station, in the Prime Minister’s own constituency. The officers sworn to uphold the law now stand accused of breaking it, and the country is now asking, how deep does this rot go?
