Nationwide Tax Amnesty Tour Targets MSMEs

If you’re a micro, small, or medium-sized business, help is coming your way. As part of the Tax Amnesty rollout, government teams are hitting the road for a nationwide tour, bringing registration support and answers directly to entrepreneurs in their communities. Here’s the full schedule of stops across the country.

“On the 2nd of October, we go to Corozal, the Andres Campus Civic Center. On the 3rd of October, we travel to Orange Walk, at The Dome at the Philip Alvarez Park. We travel the following week to Punta Gorda, Toledo District, looking at October 7th, and we’ll be at the town hall providing support to assist you with the Amnesty program. We travel to Independence on October 8th at the community center, so we encourage MSEs within that community to come out and register. We then travel to Hopkins on October 9th, and we will be at Ben’s hall providing that support. On the 10th we go to DGA at the Russell Chiste Auditorium, and on the 15th of October we travel to Viejo Town and we’ll be at the Cancha Marshalleck. On the 16th we travel to San Ignacio, and we’ll be at the Victor Galvez Auditorium. On the 21st, we go out to the Cayes, we’ll be at San Pedro at the Lions Den, and then on the 22nd, we travel to Caye Caulker and we’ll be at the community center. On the 27th is the last official roadshow that will be out in the fields, however, providing support, and that will be at the Belmopan Civic Center. So these are the 12 different locations that we will be visiting.”
