39 Pounds of Cannabis Found in Old Capital

On Monday, police found a little over 39 pounds of cannabis in Belize City. 

According to authorities, officers searched a swampy area and found two large garbage bags hidden. Inside were two crocus sacks holding 17 parcels of cannabis, weighing a total of 39.45 pounds.

Officers labelled and secured all 17 parcels as found property.
