Christmas Eve Tragedy on Spanish Lookout Road

Another motorcycle driver lost his life in a road traffic accident on Christmas Eve. Twenty-one-year-old Emil Choma was driving his motorcycle near Universal Hardware in the Spanish Lookout community when he lost control and crashed into a fence. ASP Stacy Smith says by the time officers arrived; there was nothing they could do to save Choma.

“Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident which resulted in a death of twenty-one-year-old Emil Choma. The investigation commenced on 24^th December, 2025 at approximately ten o’clock p.m. when police were advised that there was a traffic accident near Universal Hardware in Spanish Lookout community. The officers responded where they observed the unresponsive body of Choma and eight feet away from him an extensively damaged Lifan motorcycle. What the investigators have gathered so far is that Choma was driving in Spanish lookout towards the direction of Duck Run Village when he lost control of the cycle and collided into a fence, which resulted in his injury and untimely demise.”
