Henry Mojica Busted with Cocaine in OW Club

Police in Orange Walk have charged a twenty-two-year-old man after an alleged drug bust at a nightclub late Saturday night. Officers say the arrest followed suspicious behavior that caught the attention of police who were on duty at the establishment. Investigators report that a search of the suspect uncovered suspected cocaine packaged believed to be for distribution, leading to charges of possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply. Police also allege the accused attempted to mislead officers by providing a false name during his detention. Assistant Superintendent of Police Stacy Smith has the details.

“Orange Walk police have formerly arrested and charge Henry Mojica, a twenty-two-year-old laborer of August Pine Ridge Village in the Orange Walk District for the offense of possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply. This arrest follows a search that was conducted on Mojica on Saturday seventeenth January, 2026 at 11:30 p.m. The arresting officer reported that whilst conducting duties at a nightclub in that jurisdiction, the conduct of Mojica arose suspicion on the part of that officer. And when Mojica was searched two transparent plastic bags containing suspected cannabis, sorry, suspected cocaine was found in his hand. And as a consequence of this, he was charged for possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply and the suspected cocaine weighed a total of one-point-seven grams. Mojica was additionally charged for mischievous act given that when he was detained, he provided a fictitious name to police.”
