Join Us As We Travel “Across Borders”

A new travel series featuring Greater Belize Media (GBM) host Sabreena Daly premieres tonight, and it’s going to offer viewers a closer look at destinations across Central America that many Belizeans rarely visit.

The new GBM series is perfectly named “Across Borders”. It is a five-episode series that follows Daly as she explores the region’s landscapes and cultures. In the opening episode, she travels to Honduras for the first time, visiting a waterfall, hiking through a national park, and exploring the country’s largest lake.

Producers say the series aims to give audiences a closer look at the beauty and diversity of neighbouring countries, which, despite being only a short distance away, are often overlooked as travel destinations.

The first episode premieres tonight at 7:30 on Channel 5. It will also stream on News 5 Live’s Facebook page and Greater Belize Media’s YouTube channel. The show airs every Tuesday at the same time.
