Police Respond to Incident Near Bank

Authorities responded to a security situation near the Belize Bank Northside Branch in the Matalon Building along the Philip Goldson Highway earlier today.

Initial reports suggest that individuals may have attempted to target a delivery truck in the area. One eyewitness said they saw a man run down Coney Drive and jump onto the back of a motorcycle before speeding away.

Despite the incident, the bank continues to operate normally, with customers coming and going and high foot traffic in the area.
