“So our minister we have met four times with the former chairs of the PCC. We also met with a couple other groups that had dissenting views and worked very closely with the AG Ministry. We have engaged in the services of constitutional lawyers and attorneys from the UK. We got back their review. I shared that this last Cabinet meeting and we are planning on the third week of April for Cabinet to have an all-day retreat to go through all those recommendations, because by early May we are obliged to present Cabinet’s decision to the House.”
