ASP Stacy Smith, Staff Officer
“Upon crossing a pedestrian ramp near mile four he lost control of the motorcycle and collided into a lamp post. He was rushed to the hospital for medical attention, however he succumbed to the injuries he sustained while undergoing treatment. As it relates to the video pertaining to Mr. Perdomo residence, what I can say is that police is not in possession of any report. However we are aware of the video and it is my belief that the officers are taking necessary inquiry, because if it is not because of a medical condition or a vehicular failure, with would point to some sort of driving that is not conducive to other vehicles or other persons on the road.”
