Bella Vista Barber Gunned Down in Broad Daylight
A quiet Saturday morning in Bella Vista was shattered by gunfire, leaving a community in mourning and searching for answers. Thirty-five-year-old Marcus Che, a Guatemalan national and beloved local barber, was tragically gunned down inside his own shop. According to reports, the suspect arrived on a motorcycle, kept his helmet on, and walked straight into the barbershop before opening fire, striking Che multiple times. The chilling nature of the attack has left residents stunned and deeply concerned. Police have yet to reveal a motive, and details remain scarce. Assistant Superintendent Stacy Smith told reporters that law enforcement has ramped up operations in the area, responding to growing security concerns. But for now, the community is left grieving the loss of a man many knew simply as ‘Marcus the Barber’, a familiar face whose absence will be deeply felt.

“Crimes Investigative Branch of the Bella Vista Police Station are investigating the death of thirty-five-year-old Guatemalan national Marcus Che. Initial investigation reveals that on Saturday eight of November around eleven forty -seven a.m., Che was inside his barbershop, namely, “Barberia Che”, when an unknown male person who wore a full-face motorcycle helmet entered that establishment and fired a number of shots at Che, fatally wounding him. The male person who arrived at the establishment on a motorcycle subsequently made good his escape. The investigators have detained one person who may be able to aid in the investigation and have also retrieved and is in the process of reviewing several video footages which are believed to be of evidential help.
