“It’s Caribica Soul because we put a flavor to it, but it’s a combination of Caribbean and soul food. A lot of people in the US, they just have one restaurant that cater to one ethnic group. We want combine and bring two cultures together, the Caribbean cuisine and the Belizean Caribbean flavor, and that’s what we bringing into Digi Park. We also create our own seasoning. We put a multi-season together from different part of the Caribbean and Mexico. We go to Cancun and we go to Bahamas that we combine different season together. We make it our own. So when you taste our food, you will get a flavor of all different part of the Caribbean in Belize and an American cuisine for the soul food part of it. We got a seasoning and we have a tea. I make my own blend of tea. Sweet Daddy tea. And that tea is combined of ginger and lemon. No antibiotic, no artificial flavor. All natural. Everything natural about it. So I’m bringing the tea to Belize also and the name of the tea is Caribica Soul. And we have the all season for your chicken and your meat. We will bring a season into Belize, so we can start manufacturing my own seasoning and my own brand of tea in Belize, and we go bring that all to Digi Park and give the Belize a favor on a basic on a basic international level.”
