What the investigators have ascertained so far is that Moh left his home sometime around 10:30 a.m. and at that time he was observed to be under influence of alcohol. At around 12:30 p.m. the brother of Moh was advised that his body was observed in the river. It was later removed and attempts were made to resuscitate him.
