David Morales Appointed Special Envoy for Oil and Gas

The Brinceño Administration has appointed a Special Envoy for Oil and Gas.

According to an official instrument signed by Governor-General Froyla Tzalam, David Morales has been appointed as Special Envoy for Oil and Gas for a period of three years, effective October 1st, 2025.

The appointment authorises Morales to carry out his assigned duties on behalf of the Government of Belize, with full rights, privileges, and facilities necessary to perform his functions. His work will fall under the Ministry of Finance, Investment, Economic Transformation, Civil Aviation, and E-Governance.
