Family Believes Decomposed Body Is Joshua Martell  

Police aren’t ruling out murder in Monday evening’s grim discovery of a badly decomposed body in Ladyville. The family of twenty-five-year-old Joshua Martell from Lord Bank believes it’s him; they recognized a necklace and the body’s size. But investigators are holding off on confirming anything just yet. They say more evidence is needed to officially identify the remains and determine how he died.

“Well we are treating that of a death investigation for now, pending the outcome of the investigation. The family believe that is the individual, but a definite determination needs to be made through the DNA.”
