Five-year Milestone Sparks Talk of Cabinet Shake-up

The Briceño administration will be celebrating five years in office in the coming weeks. So, can Belizeans expect to see a Cabinet reshuffle with this five-year milestone? Reports suggest a reshuffle is coming, and when asked on Monday, Prime Minister Briceño stopped short of denying it.

It would be exciting, but I’m just saying. Is it something you’re contemplating? We know that things sometimes have to be fine-tuned.

“You always contemplate that at all times. I mean, that’s something that you think everything but if you look at it, next month, November, it’s going to be five years that we’ve been really in government, you know, I believe that, there’s always room for improvement. Whether we’re going to be a reshuffle or not that that’s left to be seen. I mean, we need to continue to work and we have, our plan, PLAN BELIZE 2.0 that we need to we continue to try to implement best we possibly can.”
