Gunmen Tie Up Bullet Tree Man, Steal His Truck
Police are investigating a home invasion in Bullet Tree Village that left a local welder bound and robbed in the early hours of Friday morning.
Around 2:15 a.m. on November 7, officers responded to a call on Guana Belly Road, where 38-year-old Roger Reimer, a Belizean welder, reported being attacked by two men after entering his home.
According to police, one of the assailants was armed with a pistol. The men allegedly pushed Reimer inside, tied his hands and feet with tape, and demanded money. They reportedly stole $300 in cash, several personal items, then fled the scene in Reimer’s 2013 dark grey Dodge Ram 1500, valued at $45,000.
Investigators continue to search for the stolen vehicle, which carries licence plate C-15217.
