Hit-and-Run Claims Officer’s Life; No Charges Yet

Police Constable Arcenio Cus lost his life in a hit-and-run accident in late July. He was returning home to Belize City on a motorcycle after completing a shift at the Ladyville Police Station. Upon reaching mile six on the Philip Goldson Highway, PC Cus was knocked down and fatally injured by a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Following the deadly collision, well-known DJ Khris Rosado turned himself in for the mishap. But he is yet to be charged in connection with the incident. Earlier today, we asked for a follow-up.
