Sounds great, right? Well, not for everyone. Allison Jenkins, a longtime resident, is facing an unexpected nightmare, his wooden house collapsed on Friday. He says the heavy equipment used to compact the road shook his home right off its stilts. Here’s where it gets interesting: no one’s really to blame.
