Isabella Zabaneh Ready to Shine at Miss Universe 2025

She’s got her sights set on the universe and she’s taking Belize with her. With less than a month to go, Isabella Zabaneh is gearing up to represent the Jewel on one of the biggest international stages: the Seventy-fourth Annual Miss Universe Pageant in Thailand. We caught up with her at the Phillip Goldson International Airport just before takeoff to hear how she’s feeling in the final stretch. And it’s not just Isabella who’s excited, her team, including the National Director of Miss Universe Belize, says they’re ready to make Belize’s name echo across the globe.

“People keep asking me if I’m nervous and I’ve learned to channel my nerves into what is excitement and pure eagerness for what’s to come. I have no expectations. I want to be thoroughly surprised by everything that comes my way and all the blessings that God has in store for me. I’ve always advocated  for a confidence, secure identity, and inner beauty. And it seems shallow at the forefront of it, but through my nonprofit, we’ve been able to make tangible impact on the lives of young women. And I vow to continue doing that work whether I win the Miss Universe crown or not. Because when you’re passionate about something, you can’t help but advocate for it.”
