Man Stabbed to Death in Bella Vista

Police are investigating a deadly confrontation in Bella Vista Village that occurred on Tuesday afternoon. 40-year-old construction worker Franklin Arenivar from El Salvador was fatally stabbed during a heated exchange.

Reports are that Arenivar got into an argument with Santiago Alberto Triguero, locally known as “Chavo.” The dispute escalated, and Triguero stabbed Arenivar before fleeing.

Police later apprehended “Chavo,” and he is now in custody as police continue their investigation.

Residents have reportedly voiced frustration over theft happening more often in the village, “We are tired of complaining about this stealing problem in our village and police not helping.”
