Six days on, the disappearance of 28-year-old Deborah “Bree” Arthurs is deepening fears, as her family makes an urgent public appeal for help in locating her.

Arthurs, a call centre employee and mother of one, was last seen on Friday, March 27, after midday near La Popular Bakery in Belize City. Reports are that she entered a silver Chevy Equinox and has not been seen since.

Family say that her phone remains unanswered and has not reported to work since.

“We urgently request that anyone with information come forward,” a family member said online. “I am convinced that somebody out there has information.”

A reward of US$5,000 is being offered for information leading to her whereabouts.

According to family reports, Arthurs had travelled to Belize City to drop off her son at the water taxi terminal before she was expected to return home.

The family member said, “She would have moved heaven and Earth for her family; therefore, I’m willing to do the same for her. Please help us locate her.”
