Panton Rejects Dean Barrow’s Election Loss Prediction

Is the UDP heading for another election loss, or building a political comeback? Former Prime Minister Dean Barrow says the party remains too divided to win. But UDP Leader Tracy Panton is pushing back, saying the message from voters tells a different story.

“I absolutely do not agree with that premise and my colleagues on my left will tell you we are actively on the ground and everywhere, every part of this country I travel to will tell you, the people, no matter what part of the social stature they come from, say the same thing, enough is enough is enough and it is time for the United Democratic Party to get back to governing this country. If I am going to bet, I will bet on the people.”
