Pastor Faces Multiple Charges as Alleged Victim Breaks Silence
For years, he was a trusted figure behind the pulpit, offering guidance and spiritual leadership to those around him. Tonight, however, thirty-three-year-old Kevin Tzib is at the center of a criminal case that has shocked many, as allegations from multiple complainants have led to a series of serious charges. Police say four males reported incidents that allegedly occurred over a period of more than five years, resulting in six counts of sexual assault and one count of unnatural crime. Now, one of the alleged victims is speaking publicly for the first time, sharing his account and explaining how he later learned that others had allegedly experienced similar encounters. Tzib has denied the accusations, pleading not guilty to all charges, and remains on remand at the Belize Central Prison pending his next court appearance in January 2027.
“Freedom has an expression and when you are free, there is joy that overflows.”

“The incidents that account for these charges span over five years, between February of 2021 and July of 2026.”
And tonight, one of the alleged victims is speaking out. He says that in 2022, after facing a life threating medical ordeal, he began staying with pastor Tzib because it was near the hospital, whereas his parents lived far away from a medical facility. He stayed in Pastor Tzib’s room because Tzib’s family members occupied the other rooms.

“At that time he had only one bed in his room, so we use to sleep side by side and for the first couple days it was normal and a night he just cross his foot over me and he come to kiss me over my mouth. But as he do that, they say they have that little thing called reflex so I push weh the man. He do it again, and his words was like, you don’t love me then. He play with your mind make it feel like you are not allowing him to do what he wants to do.”
He alleged that Pastor Tzib attempted to force himself on him two more times. He says that the pastor would then stand on the pulpit on Sunday and preach as if everything was normal.

“I chose to forget it and said oh this is just me and it he never meant for it to happen and stuff like that. And I the tell myself that, it was still crazy because I deh dah this church, I look up to this man like and example and for that to happen and I still mih the guh dah the church and the preach normal and like he nuh have no remorse for his action. That is when I stop the church and I gone missing.”

“You know something I have always realized, sometimes people will give you a word, but they don’t know your character. Now the word could have come from the Lord, but they don’t know your Character.”
The alleged victim we spoke with says that four months ago a church member reached out to him asking why he left the church. They soon realized that their experiences were similar and that other males allegedly had similar encounters. He asserts that they all came together and met with Pastor Tzib and his leadership team to share tell their stories, but they were met with pushback.

“I will say and draw nexus with the incident that we are investigating in Muffles. There is an offense called preventing the course of justice. Whenever matters are made known which are criminal in nature to whatever authority or entity, whatever decision they take must also align with the need for justice to take its course. So certainly if there is evidence to support that the information was made known and the action taken was one which perverted the course of justice, the department will be pursuing that.”
Tonight, Tzib is behind bars at the Belize Central Prison. He pleaded not guilty to the charges and was remanded until his next court date in January 2027. Dunamis Ministries has issued a statement saying that the church does not intend to prejudice the matter or express any opinion concerning the guilt or innocence of the individual charged.
