Police Still Seeking Killers of Sarita Deliverymen

Tonight, police are still seeking the perpetrators of the tragic double murder of Sarita truck drivers Raynard Garbutt and Alexander Crawford. On Thursday night, the two men failed to report back to the company’s warehouse in Santa Elena after making deliveries in Dangriga. Their bodies were later discovered with bullet wounds near the abandoned truck near mile forty of the Hummingbird highway. It’s a heartbreaking loss for their families so close to the Christmas holiday. Assistant Superintendent of Police Stacy Smith shares that the police investigation is still underway.

“A s it relates to the investigation pertaining to the employees of Sarita Recinos. Whilst we have made some advancement in terms of the investigation, all I would like to add at this point is that the information that has been received and are being meticulously reviewed and we urge persons to continue to come forward with information in relation to this investigation.”
