Second Suspect Charged in Brutal Ladyville Attack on Lionel Logan
Two men are now before the court in the brutal April eleventh attack on Lionel Nigel Logan, and police say the case is tightening. Today, twenty-one-year-old Brandon Christian Villamil joined co-accused Akeem Ferguson after being charged with attempted murder and related offenses. He was denied bail and remanded to prison until mid-June. Investigators say Logan was stabbed and then shot during a confrontation on Henry Street in Ladyville before his attackers fled. Despite his injuries, Logan identified Ferguson as one of his assailants. Now, with a second suspect charged, authorities appear to be closing in on what led to the violent attack, as Logan continues to fight for his life.
