Security Guard Ambushed in Northern Shops Holdup

There was a brazen early‑morning attack inside the Northern Shops. Around three o’clock this morning, a group of men ambushed a security guard stationed at Medina’s House of Jewelry. The guard was tied up while one of the attackers pointed a gun at him during the ordeal. Police are now working closely with the business to figure out exactly what was taken, if anything at all, as the investigation gets underway.

“This morning police responded to an aggravated burglary report at the Medina’s House of Jewelry. Upon the arrival the security guard reported that he was held up by several male persons. They tied him up, pointed a gun at him and broke into the building. Investigators are presently there reviewing video footage trying to establish if anything was stolen.”
