Someone Said KTV the Remix is Back? Get Your Tickets!

Belize, it’s Tuesday. You know what that means.

KTV The Remix returns for Season 8 tonight at the Bliss Institute in Belize City, and tonight’s premiere is bringing something exciting.

Producer Viannie Reyes says the majority of tonight’s 12 performers are debuting songs they wrote themselves. “We’ve been getting requests that a lot of these participants or contestants, they want to do originals for the first night,” She said. “I think I would say maybe at least 60% or maybe even 80% of them would be doing their original songs.”

Here’s what you need to know:

• When: Doors open at 7:30pm. Show starts 8pm sharp.
• Where: The Bliss Institute, Belize City.
• Tickets: $5. Grab yours early at the Greater Belize Media office on Coney Drive, 88 Shopping Centre, or right at the door from 7pm. But don’t risk the line trying to get your ticket at the door. Get yours beforehand and walk straight in when the doors open.
• Vote: Voting starts on Tuesday night. Each contestant will be assigned a number, from 1 to 12. Only SMART users can text their favourite contestant’s number to 585. Also, each contestant also has a dedicated SMART number if you want to sponsor them directly.

“If you want to see your champion on stage at the end of the season, I think it’s only best that you vote. There are a lot of people who are looking forward to the support for these contestants. They’re all pretty talented and they’re looking for great sponsorship,” Reyes added.
