Suspect Detained After Deadly Cane Field Attack in San Lazaro

The quiet farming community of San Lazaro is still reeling from the shocking killing of one of its own. Just a day after sixty-eight-year-old Virginio Carillo was ambushed and fatally chopped while riding his bicycle, police say they have already made an arrest.
