Ready for Carnival 2026? News 5 Brings the Road March to You 

Belize City is just hours away from reaching its biggest moment with the highly awaited Carnival Road March 2026. Music, colors, costumes, and soca energy will be taking over the streets of the old capital and viewers who cannot be along the route will still have a front-row seat to the annual explosive experience. 

Greater Belize Media (GBM) will bring viewers every step of the way with a full live coverage from start to finish. GBM launches its coverage early, going live at 1:30pm to catch every moment before the road march even steps off.

The march kicks off at 2:00pm at Lord Rhaburn Plaza, Memorial Park, and winds its way through the city to the final showdown at Marion Jones Stadium, where competing Junior and Senior Mas Bands will make their final performances to impress the judges. 

Opening the broadcast from Memorial Park will be host Paul Lopez. As the parade moves through the city, hosts Benita Keme-Palacio and Bryan Gabb will join viewers along the route, bringing live sideline interviews and reactions. Hosts Immanuel Westby and Kendall Morgan will also be out along the route to get viewers even closer to the action. 

Whether viewers are watching from home, from abroad, or waiting curbside for the road march to pass, they will get to enjoy the high soca energy pumping through the city streets, sideline interviews with revelers and spectators, and a close-up look at this year’s colorful and vibrant costumes. 

The parade will also feature the Escuela Secundaria Mexico Marching Band, The Belize Uprising Drum Corp, Pulse Nation Marching Band and the Mighty Blue Jaguars marching band from Caye Caulker, along with floats and vehicles from ICB, Desho Music Truck and Belikin.
