A Baby Survives Deadly Van Crash in Orange Walk District
A weekend trip along Yo Creek Road ended in tragedy when a van overturned, killing twenty-one-year-old Danny Lino. Three other passengers, including an infant, were injured in the crash. Tonight, police are providing an update on their conditions and what investigators believe went wrong.

“Then on Sunday, police responded to a traffic accident on the Yo Creek Road in Orange Walk. Upon arrival, they saw that a van had overturned. Police made checks where they saw the lifeless body of a male person. He was identified as Danny Lino, twenty-one years old. Information is that Lino was returning from the Mexican border area in Botes in the van when he lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle overturned, causing injuries to him. He was taken for treatment, but he succumbed to his injuries. He had in the van three other persons. They received injuries as well and are being treated at this time.”
