Parents Left Frustrated as CCC Shuts Down Again

Classes at Corozal Community College remain in disarray today. On Monday, the school closed shortly after lunch, after reports that unpaid salaries had prompted teachers to walk out. This morning, parents sent their children to school as usual, only to be called back by nine a.m. when CCC announced there would be no classes, yet again. This time, giving the reason of too many teachers out sick. The shifting explanations have left families frustrated and uncertain about what tomorrow will bring. While some parents stand in solidarity with teachers, all say they want timely and clear communication from the school.
