Price Drop at Pumps Follows Overseas Deal

It’s been months of repeated fuel price increases at the pumps. Well, on Saturday, some relief came to motorists. The cost of regular fuel decreased by one dollar and eighteen cents, falling to thirteen dollars and sixty-five cents per gallon in Belize City. The price of premium remains at fifteen dollars and forty-six cents in Belize City, while diesel remains at fifteen dollars and nineteen cents in Belize City. In related news, the US and Iran have reportedly agreed on a deal to end the war and reopen the Strait of Hormuz, triggering a global decrease in the cost of oil. We will continue to follow.
