Unidentified Elderly Man Found Unconscious Dies

Police in Orange Walk are investigating the death of an unidentified elderly man who was found unconscious on Thursday night.

According to initial reports, authorities were called to the Northern Regional Hospital, where they observed the man with visible swelling to the face and abrasions to one of his hands.

Police say the man had been discovered unresponsive on Mahogany Street in Orange Walk Town. He was transported for medical attention but later died.

The deceased has not yet been identified and is currently listed as “John Doe.”
