Another Mira-Associated Business Drawn Into Smart Stream Invoice Controversy
Tonight, another Mira associated company is at the center of mounting questions related to leaked Smart Stream invoices and below-ten-thousand-dollar payments from the Ministry of Defense. According to leaked records, FT Williams and Associates submitted invoices to the Ministry of Defense between November and December 2021, with several of those bills carrying the title “Mitsubishi.” The Ministry of Defense made five payments of nine thousand six hundred and three dollars in November and the same amount at the same value in December. So, does this mean that FT Williams and Associates, a business that their website describes as a mechanical company focused on providing air condition in Belize City, sold a Mitsubishi to the Ministry of Defense? Ten payments, all under ten thousand dollars. The invoice also shows works done for the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Finance, all around the same time. But those payments were for well above ten thousand dollars. Today, FT Williams issued a press release as did Fast Construction. Both releases failed to address the Smart Stream leaks, the multiple invoices and the sub ten thousand-dollar payments.
