Embezzlement Probe and Lost Certificates Inside Immigration Dept.

Two nationality certificates have also gone missing from the Belmopan office, prompting another report to police as authorities try to determine whether they were misplaced or stolen. Amid these troubling developments, the ministry points to a push for reform. For now, the ministry says it’s keeping details close, but vows to get to the bottom of both matters and hold anyone responsible fully accountable.
