“We got a call from the police department that there was an individual who was a person of interest under the State of Emergency. [He] fled from the police and was evading the police via the sea; and so, we were brought into the picture and the operations center activated our quick reaction team who pursued the vessel and person of interest and were able to make the intercept. The individual was subsequently detained and the vessel was seized and the person was handed over to the police department.”
